Care Options Incorporated is a non-profit, charitable organisation providing services to people with disabilities, frail aged people and their carers.

Our mission is to assist people to live and participate in their community. We do this by offering a choice of care and support services which are focused on assisting people to maintain and improve their physical, social and psychological wellbeing.

These services, which are subject to eligibility requirements, include personal care, domestic assistance, community aged care packages, transport, social support, respite care and day care.

Care Options provides service across the South West Metropolitan Health Area, which covers the local government areas of Cockburn, East Fremantle, Fremantle, Kwinana, Mandurah, Melville and Rockingham.
